JSC NPK MEDIANA-FILTER will present a novelty among laboratory-class installations - the Aqualab MAX water treatment system
The leading manufacturer of water treatment equipment JSC NPK MEDIANA-FILTER will present at the exhibition a system for obtaining deionized water with a capacity of up to 120 l/h - Aqualab MAX.
The new plant produces deionized water up to 10 MΩcm, and in combination with the Supreme water purification system, ultrapure Type 1 water of 18.2 MΩcm.
The MAX series units are an intermediate step between laboratory and industrial class systems. Due to their closed compact body and mobility, they can be quickly moved between production facilities, which is important for organizing the production of pilot batches of products.
The systems are equipped with a touchscreen color display, which shows in real time the quality of water at different stages of treatment, flow rate, filter life, and the volume of water in the tank.
The use of cartridges with quick couplings and a new automation system make plant maintenance simple and fast. An integrated storage tank and a powerful pump provide water for peak demands.
